St Edwards in Badersfield is one of Norfolk's newest church communities.
St Eds is seeking to bring Church and Community together in new and creative ways. The heart of our mission is reaching out in to our community and guiding people home. So our vision is all about hospitality, welcome, friendship, and community.
Our building is warm and offers fantastic kitchen facilities, a modern office and toilets!
The Community
The Badersfield community is predominantly young families. Badersfield is very well situated as an attractive rural setting within easy reach of Norwich, North Walsham, and Aylsham and the north Norfolk coast to be an attractive proposition for all types of people. St Ed’s offers a welcoming space at the heart of the community, alongside the pub The Diplomat, the Battle of Britain Hall and the shop and Hair salon.

We are passionate about making significant connections with our community. We have the advantage of having a modern building which provides excellent catering and toilet facilities, and a wide range of quality toys. These enable us to provide
Weekly ‘Tinies to Tots’ church-led Group on Mondays run by volunteer helpers
Weekly ’Slice of Life’ Café for local community members, with special bi-monthly charity events
Monthly ‘Messy Church’ for local school aged children and their families
A Weekly Prayer Group and fortnightly Sunday services at 10am.
We are a small church family with open hearts. We are developing many significant relationships. We are excited about developing a sense of our unique identity as a church in the community for the community.
